Terms of Service & Installation Contract

Effective Date: August 24, 2026

1. Deposit & Payment Terms

A non-refundable 50% deposit is required upon scale proof approval to reserve your on-site installation date. The remaining 50% balance is due upon project completion and sign-off.

2. On-Site Surface Preparation Requirements

Client agrees to provide clean, accessible wall, glass, or reception surfaces free of heavy grease or debris. Our mobile installation service performs final alcohol degreasing prior to application.

3. Artwork Approval & Scale Proofs

Clients must review and approve final digital proofs, scale measurements, and text placement prior to installation. Prime Install Pro is not responsible for typos approved in final proofs.

4. 5-Year Durability Guarantee

All custom wallpapers, 3D acrylic signs, and window privacy films installed by our certified installer include our 5-Year Durability Guarantee against material peeling, edge lifting, or premature fading.
